- two 14 ounces pork tenderloins
Rub
- 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons of brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil
Sauce
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 2 minced parsley
Method
Slice the pork into 6 equal rounds, pound the pieces with a mallet. Combine rub ingredients and coat pieces of pork. Leave in the fridge for an hour for spices to sink through.
To make the sauce heat the butter in a saucepan. Add the sauce ingredients and mix thoroughly. Let ingredients simmer for 10 minutes.
Pre-heat the grill to a medium heat and place the pork pieces on.
Grill for 3 minutes on each side then coat with the sauce you made. Move pork pieces away from direct heat and close the lid, let cook for 10 minutes.
Leave the pork pieces to settle for 10 minutes and serve with
left over sauce. Enjoy!!
- 1 kg boneless chicken breasts
- 4 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- 1 clove minced garlic
- half a cup of plain yogurt
Method
This recipe is so good it shouldn't be under our free grilling recipes section. Combine above ingredients except chicken breasts in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly and leave in the fridge.
Pre-heat grill to a medium heat and place the chicken breasts on the grill. Grill for 8 - 10 minutes on each side or until done.
Place chicken burgers on rolls and serve with the sauce, this
recipe reminds me of southern living summer grilling.
- 1 kg boneless chicken, skinless breast
- half cup cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- half a teaspoon of cinnamon
- half a cup of BBQ sauce
Method
In a mixing bowl combine vinegar, chili powder, cinnamon and BBQ sauce. Mix thoroughly and place the chicken breasts, coating them well in the sauce.
Pre-heat the grill to a medium heat, cook chicken 5 minutes on each side. Serve on rolls with pineapple, tomatoes and lettuce.
