- half cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoon of paprika
- 2 tablespoons of white pepper
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons of chilli powder
- 1 tablespoon of salt
Method
Combine ingredients and mix thoroughly, only rub pork when you are ready to start grilling.
As the pork will start to develop a ham like taste if spice
rubs is left on for too long. When grilling, remember to grill the pork
nice and slowly.

- 2 tablespoons of paprika (hot)
- 2 teaspoons of dry mustard
- 3 tablespoons of white sugar
- 2 teaspoons of cayenne pepper
Method
Mix ingredients thoroughly together and apply generously on pork pieces. Start grilling soon after the rub has been applied.
Grill the meat nice and slow. Once cooked right through, give
it 10 minutes to settle before serving. Serve with
a tasty sauce.
