- 500 grams lamb cut into cubes
- 1 onion
- 1 tablespoon of curry powder
- 2 teaspoons of paprika
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of chilli powder (optional)
- pinch of salt
- wooden sticks for the kebabs
Method
Start by chopping the onion finely and placing into a mixing bowl. Add the chilli powder with the of curry powder. Add paprika and the lemon juice, mix thoroughly.
Put the lamb squares into the mixing bowl and mix each piece so it is well marinated.
Sprinkle over a little salt and leave the mixing bowl in the fridge over night.
Pre-heat the grill to a medium heat and grill kebabs for 10 - 15 minutes. Serve straight of the grill. (hot and delicious!)

- 500 grams rump beef cut into cubes
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (Powder)
- 1 tablespoon of ground beef stock
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons of thyme
- 2 onions cut into pieces of squares
- 2 green peppers cut into pieces of squares
- wooden sticks for kebabs
Method
Add the brown sugar with beef stock into a mixing bowl. Then add olive oil and ground cinnamon. Place in the rump beef cubes and mix ingredients together.
Once each cube is fully covered with the ingredients sprinkle over the thyme. Leave for about an hour in the fridge.
Place the meat through the wooden skewers with the squares of onion and peppers. In the order of a cube of meat then the onion then a cube of meat then the pepper and so on. (easy as 123!)
Pre-heat the grill to a medium heat and grill for 12
- 15 minutes. Serve hot right off the grill! (yum,
yum!)
- 400 grams of cut chicken breasts (Cubes)
- 2 teaspoons of coriander
- 2 teaspoons of olive oil
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 tablespoon of white wine (Optional)
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 table spoon of ground up black pepper
- 3 cloves of crushed garlic (Minced)
- wooden sticks for kebabs
Method
Start by placing garlic, olive oil and onion powder into a mixing bowl. Add the white wine and lemon juice, and mix all the ingredients together.
Place the chicken breast cubes in the ingredients and start mixing them around so the pieces get fully covered.
Once you have fully covered the pieces sprinkle over coriander and black pepper.
Put the pieces of chicken cubes through the wooden skewers and leave in the mixing bowl over night in the frigde. (let flavours sink through!)
