- 4 lobster tails
- half cup of butter (melted)
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- half a cup of lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon of paprika (hot)
Method
In a large bowl combine butter, salt, lemon juice, parsley and paprika. Mix ingredients together and place the lobster tails in. Leave bowl in the fridge with the lobster for an hour.
Pre-heat the grill to a medium to high heat and place the lobster on. Grill lobster for 8 - 10 minutes until done. This is one of my favourite grilling seafood recipes.
One of the best tips for grilling seafood I can give you is,
once the lobster turns a creamy white colour it is done. (Enjoy!!)
- 1 whole Soul (1 kg)
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons of onion powder
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- 2 teaspoons of tabasco sauce
Method
This is one of the easiest grilling seafood recipes. In a bowl combine garlic powder, onion powder, salt, cayenne pepper and tobasco sauce. Coat the fish with marinade and let it sit in the bowl for 10 minutes.
Pre-heat grill to medium heat and place the cod on. Grill for 10 - 12 minutes on each side until done. Grilling time will depend on heat and size of the cod. This is one of my favourite barbecue seafood recipes.
When done slice and serve straight off the grill. (yum,
