- 1 whole Chicken (medium)
- 1 tablespoons of salt
- half a cup of butter (melted)
- 1 tablespoon of paprika (hot)
- 1 tablespoon of ground black pepper
Method
Place chicken on rotisserie and set grill on high temperature setting. Grill the chicken for 10 minutes.
Mix together salt, butter, paprika and pepper in a mixing bowl. Turn the grill temperature down to medium and baste the chicken with the butter mixture.
Close the lid and grill the chicken for an hour and a half. Baste the chicken every 30 minutes with the butter mixture.
Once done let the chicken stand for 10 minutes
before serving. Remember your grilling chicken temperature must be of a
low to medium heat. (grill chicken nice & slowly!)
- 3 chicken breasts (boneless & skinless)
- 1 cup yogurt (plain)
- 2 teaspoons of cayenne pepper
- 2 teaspoons of ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 4 teaspoons of salt
Method
In a large mixing bowl combine yogurt, cayenne, pepper, cinnamon, lemon juice and salt. Mix ingredients thoroughly together.
Mix in chicken pieces, cover bowl and place in the fridge for 1 hour. Pre-heat the grill to a medium heat.
Place chicken breasts on the grill, grilling for about 10 - 12 minutes on each side.
Chicken must have a nice golden brown colour when done. This is one of my favourite grilling chicken recipes.
By coating your chicken with spices creates a protective
barrier for the high heat. (oh yes!!)

- 2 tablespoons of garlic salt
- 2 tablespoons of paprika (hot)
- 1 can of your favourite beer
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of ground black pepper
method
To make sauce combine garlic salt, paprika, beer, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix ingredients together and coat the chicken with the sauce.
Pre-heat the grill to low heat when grilling chicken and place the chicken on the grill. Grill for 2 - 3 hours depending on heat, with the lid closed. Coat the chicken with the sauce every half an hour.
Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
By cutting your chicken into two and grilling chicken halves will make
your life a lot easier. (anything I can do to make it easier
for you!)
