- 2 kg shrimp (large)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon of dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 3 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of onion powder
Method
In a mixing bowl combine garlic, mustard, olive oil, salt, lemon juice and onion powder. Mix together thoroughly and pour over the shrimp.
Place the shrimp in the fridge for 3 hours to marinate. Pre-heat grill to a high heat and place the shrimp on. Grill for 5 - 7 minutes until cooked through.
Serve straight off the grill, nice and hot! (tasty!!)

- 1 kg ground beef (lean)
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 6 slices of bacon (fried & shredded)
- 1 cup of cheddar cheese
Methods
In a mixing bowl combine beef, garlic powder, Soy sauce and salt. Mix togther and form into 10 patties. (1 inch thick)
Combine remaining ingredients and place a little on each patty. Pre-heat grill to a medium heat and grill patties for 8 - 10 minutes until done. Serve hot on your favourite buns. (yummy!)

- 6 pork chops (inch thick)
- 2 teaspoons of salt
Sauce
- 1 onion (minced)
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon of hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons of olive oil
Method
Pre-heat grill to a medium heat and lightly sprinkle salt over the pork chops. Grill chops for 30 - 35 minutes until cooked through.
Combine sauce ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a simmer. Coat the chops with the sauce and grill for a further 5 minutes. Once done let chops settle for 5 minutes and serve with leftover sauce.

- 4 large onions
- Olive oil
- 1 large bowl of water (cold)
- Barbecue sauce
Method
Place the onions in the bowl of water for 30 minutes. Pre-heat grill to a medium heat and place the onions on (drained). Grill for 20 - 30 minutes until the onions are cooked through.
Peel away outer charred skin layer and serve with your favourite barbecue sauce. (yummy!)
