- 4 chicken Breasts (boneless & skinless)
- half cup of soy sauce
- half cup lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons of ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons of salt
Method
Rinse chicken breasts under the tap and pat dry with a paper towel. In a mixing bowl combine soy sauce, lemon juice, pepper and salt.
Mix ingredients together and place the chicken breasts in.
Completely cover the breasts in the mixture and place in the fridge for an hour.
Pre-heat the grill to a medium heat and grill the breasts for 6 - 8 minutes on each side.
Chicken should no longer be pink. Take off the grill and
serve! (yum, yum!!)
- 2 kg Shrimp (deveined)
- half a cup of Tequila
- 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons of cumin
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 1 tablespoon of ground black pepper
Method
In a mixing bowl combine Tequila, garlic powder, cumin, salt and pepper. Mix ingredients together and pour over shrimps. Leave shrimps to marinate in the fridge for 2 hours.
Pre-heat the grill to a medium heat and place shrimp on. Grill the shrimps for 4 - 5 minutes until done. Serve immediately after grilling.

- 4 pork sausages
- 2 tablespoons of vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons of ketchup
Method
In a mixing bowl combine vinegar, Worcestershire, sugar and ketchup.
Mix ingredients together then put in the sausages. Make sure each sausage gets coated with sauce.
Pre-heat the grill to a medium heat and grill sausages for about 10 - 12 minutes until done.
Serve with ketchup and mustard. (nothing like a good
hotdog!)
