"What are the features?"

For cleaning, simply use dishwasher liquid, warm water and a soft sponge. If you find any hardend burnt food that won't come of, simply soak it in water over night and then wash it the next day.

It's also important not to use abrasive materials when cleaning your skottle grill such as steel wool. If you get a scratch from the steel wool, it will expose the steel to salt and water which will cause it to rust.

Also when it's cold in winter, if you're not using your grill, rather keep it stored in a dry place away from exposure to weather. You may not notice it first but a grill left outside in the sun wind and rain will look somewhat different after a few years.
