BBQ Shrimp Marinade
Make good grilled shrimp with a tasty shrimp
marinade. Allow time for the shrimp to soak in the flavours with these
recipes!
Shrimps cook relatively quickly, between 7 to 15 minutes depending on the heat.
Best way to tell the shrimps are cooked is when the meat goes from clear to white. If you leave it in too long, they may become a little chewy.
Like most marinades, if your cooking over a flame make sure the marinade is sugar free. Sugar burns black and can give a charred flavour.
If you're grilling in n oven or using a frying pan, you won't get that burn.
Just out of general knowledge, did you know that shrimps are actually miniture prawns! Great when served in large quantities with shells removed, you'll notice they can be quite filling.
