Barbecue Chicken Sauce Recipes

- 1 Cup of finely chopped mushrooms
- Tablespoon of thyme
- 3 Crushed garlic cloves
- Half cup white wine
- Half cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 Teaspoon of salt
- 1 Tablespoon of chicken stock
- Half cup flour
- Half cup of full cream milk
- Tablespoon olive oil
Method
Start by frying onions and mushrooms with olive oil in a medium size pot. Once the mushrooms and onions have fully cooked add garlic.
Then add vinegar together with the white wine, let ingredients simmer for five minutes.
Add the chicken stock together with the milk. Mix in thyme and add flour.
Let ingredients simmer for another five minutes and check the thickness of the sauce if it is too thick then add some more milk.
If the mixture is too runny add flour, until you achieve desired thickness.
Once you happy with the thickness let ingredients simmer for a further twenty minutes.
One of the easier barbecue chicken sauce recipes to do.
- 2 Red Chilli's (chopped up)
- 1 Cup warm water
- 2 Tablespoons of tomato paste
- 1 Tablespoon of chilli powder
- 3 Cloves crushed garlic
- 1 Tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons of Tabasco sauce
- 2 Tablespoons of black ground up pepper
- 2 Tablespoons chilli powder
Method
Start by frying chilli's with the olive oil. Add the garlic and chilli powder and let it simmer for a bit.
Then add tomato paste together with warm water. Let ingredients simmer for about five minutes and add tabasco sauce. Sprinkle over back pepper and chili powder.
Let simmer for ten minutes and it is ready to put on the
chicken. If the sauce is too hot for you, use one or half a chili
instead of two.

- Half cup vegetable oil
- 3 Tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Cup of honey
- Half cup of flour
- Half cup BBQ sauce
Method
This is one of my favourite barbeque chicken sauce recipes, mix vegetable oil with garlic salt in a medium size pot.
Add honey together with the Worcestershire sauce.
Let ingredients simmer for five minutes then add flour to get a thicker consistency in the sauce.
Finally add BBQ sauce and let ingredients simmer for a further ten minutes.
Marinate your chicken pieces soon after the simmering was done.
